MW4 Prestige Camo Boost

The MW4 prestige camos are the four Pyroclast camos. Each one sits at a fixed point on a weapon's Weapon Prestige journey past max level.

Once a weapon reaches max level, you can send it into Weapon Prestige. Its level goes back to 1, and its attachments relock, except Apex and blueprint attachments.

You keep its blueprints, camos, reticles, accessories, decals and stickers. A Weapon Prestige icon appears on the gun in Gunsmith and the Killcam.

Pyroclast unlocks the moment a weapon enters Weapon Prestige 1. Max level differs by gun: 72 on the Han 86, 38 on the Sang 9mm.

So a Pyroclast order is mostly one climb to max level. If the weapon is already maxed, it's quick.

Pyroclast Terminus unlocks when the weapon reaches max level again inside Weapon Prestige 1. That's a second full climb, re-earning the gun's attachments as it goes.

Some sites call it Pyroclast Verge. Terminus is Activision's name for it.

At max level in Weapon Prestige 1, the weapon moves into Weapon Prestige Master on its own. There's no reset this time, the attachments stay unlocked, and the gun gets a Weapon Prestige Master icon.

Pyroclast Scatter unlocks at Weapon Prestige Master level 150.

Pyroclast Cascade is the last of the four, at Weapon Prestige Master level 250. It's the longest prestige camo order, and the estimate shows before you pay.

Activision hasn't published a top Weapon Prestige Master level, so Cascade is the last camo milestone for now.

Pyroclast needs one climb to max level. Terminus needs a second full climb inside Weapon Prestige 1.

Scatter adds 150 Weapon Prestige Master levels on top of that, and Cascade 250. On a gun that maxes at 72, Cascade means reaching 72 twice and then 250 more levels.

Double Weapon XP tokens speed up weapon levels, and finishing the campaign gives two. Your pro uses yours only if you say so in order chat.

Prestige camos are earned gun by gun, so the order is built around the weapons you name.

Each weapon earns its own Pyroclast camos, so the price grows with every gun you add. Pick the weapon you play most, or a whole class.

Max level differs by weapon, so two guns going for the same camo can take different times.

A weapon has to reach max level before it can prestige. If yours aren't there yet, the order levels them first, the same as MW4 Weapon Leveling.

Entering Weapon Prestige relocks the gun's own attachments until it levels again. Shared attachments already unlocked on other weapons stay unlocked.

If you play the gun yourself between sessions, expect fewer attachments on it until the levels come back.

Your account's Prestige, Classic or Regular, is a separate system and doesn't unlock Pyroclast. For that, see MW4 Prestige Boost.

Want a Weapon Prestige Master level past 250 rather than a camo? MW4 Weapon Prestige prices by level instead.

Rank XP, camo challenge progress and calling card progress from every match stay on your account.

Pick guns you'll keep using. Prestiging a weapon you rarely play relocks its attachments for a camo you won't see much.

It depends on the camo and each weapon's max level, and the calculator shows the estimate before you pay. Priority Assignment and Ultra Fast Completion in the calculator are there if you want the order picked up or finished sooner.

Want to play your own account during the order? Agree a break with your pro in order chat first. Signing in while they're playing can disconnect them and cost progress.
