Question 1

What is OGEdge?

Accepted Answer

OGEdge is a marketplace that connects players with boosters and pros for boosting, coaching and other in-game services. Choose your goal, place your order and talk directly with the pro handling it, with clear progress updates in your dashboard.

Question 2

What games and services does OGEdge support?

Accepted Answer

The live Games menu shows every active title and service. Options include rank climbs, wins, placements, objectives, leveling, coaching, currencies and teammate sessions, depending on what each game supports.

Question 3

How do I choose the right service?

Accepted Answer

Start with the result you want at the end: a rank, number of wins, unlock, item, reward, level or session with a pro. Each calculator explains its finish, and the team can help match an unusual account state to the right option.

Question 4

Can I request a custom order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use our Custom Order page to tell us the game, your current progress and what you want done. We will review your request and confirm the price and estimated completion time before you pay.

Question 5

What happens after I place an order?

Accepted Answer

The order becomes visible to pros who cover that game and service. Once claimed, you can speak directly with the person handling it, confirm the starting details and follow the work through the order dashboard.

Question 6

How quickly will a pro pick up my order?

Accepted Answer

Pros can see available orders directly, so a support agent does not have to assign each one first. Every service calculator shows an estimated completion time. Pickup depends on current availability, and your order dashboard keeps the status clear.

Question 7

Can I talk directly with my pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The order chat connects you with the person doing the work. You can share preferences, ask questions, arrange account time and receive clear progress updates without passing every message through support.

Question 8

Can I watch my order live?

Accepted Answer

Optional streaming is available for eligible gameplay orders. Your pro can share the arranged stream so you can follow matches live. Currency delivery and work without viewable gameplay use direct status updates instead.

Question 9

Can I pause the order to play?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the service allows it. Coordinate the pause and handover in order chat before logging in. Party, duo and coaching services already keep you on your own account throughout the session.

Question 10

What is the difference between account play and self-play?

Accepted Answer

With account play, a pro uses an arranged session to complete progress on your account. With self-play, duo or party delivery, you stay logged in and play alongside the pro. The available method is shown with each service.

Question 11

How does OGEdge handle account-play orders?

Accepted Answer

Orders are completed manually by the pro assigned to them. A region-matched VPN and offline or invisible status are used by default where supported. You keep control of email, recovery methods and verification.

Question 12

Will OGEdge use cheats or exploits?

Accepted Answer

No. OGEdge strictly prohibits boosters from using cheats or exploits on any account for any reason.

Question 13

Where should I provide login information?

Accepted Answer

After your order is created, open it in your personal dashboard. A pop-up will ask for the login information needed for that service. Enter it directly in the order system.

Question 14

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

The price updates automatically based on your selections, current progress and extra options. Choose what you need in the calculator to see your total before checkout. For a request outside the listed options, use our Custom Order page.

Question 15

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can pay with cards through Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, crypto or Zelle.

Question 16

Can I cancel before work starts?

Accepted Answer

Question 17

What happens if OGEdge cannot complete my order?

Accepted Answer

Open a support ticket from your dashboard so we can review the progress and help resolve the order. Our Refund Policy applies, together with any guarantee stated for the service you bought.

Question 18

When is an order considered complete?

Accepted Answer

The paid target and completion evidence are confirmed at the start. Once the pro marks the work complete, you review the result. Any question about missing progress can be raised from the same order before confirmation.

Question 19

How do lifetime discounts work?

Accepted Answer

Your purchases build loyalty progress and unlock lifetime discounts you can use on future orders. Visit our Rewards page to see the levels and benefits. Your lifetime discount works across every service and can be combined with other discounts.

Question 20

What are seasonal rewards?

Accepted Answer

Seasonal rewards are three-month events where you earn rewards by reaching spending targets before the season ends. Earned rewards stack, so your total can exceed any single reward. Once you qualify for a reward, it stays available in your account after the event ends. Visit our Rewards page for the current season's targets and what each reward is worth.

Question 21

Can loyalty rewards be used on every service?

Accepted Answer

Question 24

When should I contact support?

Question 33

What is EA FC co-op boosting?

Accepted Answer

You can use your booked time for modes that support co-op, including eligible Rivals matches and Ultimate Team Objectives. Add what you want done to your order notes, then agree the plan with your pro. You can change your goal during the session as long as the activity supports co-op.

Question 36

Can co-op help with Ultimate Team Objectives?

Question 38

How long is an EA FC co-op order, and when does paid time start?

Question 39

Can I talk to my co-op pro during the session?

Accepted Answer

Question 40

Accepted Answer

Question 41

What can EA FC coaching help me improve?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring the squad you use and explain how you like to play. The coach can help with formation, instructions and realistic upgrade priorities that fit your players and Coin budget.

Question 44

Can beginners book EA FC coaching?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A beginner session can focus on controls, defending shape, simple chance creation and a small set of habits. Tell the coach your current level so the session starts with decisions you can use straight away.

Question 45

How much does EA FC coaching cost?

Accepted Answer

The session length, format, coach and focus determine the live price. Start with one clear problem and the time you want to book, then add more sessions after you have had time to practise.

Question 46

Question 48

What should I prepare for coaching?

Accepted Answer

Share your platform, usual mode, current results, squad and available time. If the session includes replay review, bring complete examples of the situations you want to improve rather than only highlight clips.

Question 49

How are EA FC Coins delivered?

Accepted Answer

We deliver EA FC Coins through Comfort Trade only. Our handler logs in to your EA Web App account and completes the transfer, with progress updates in your order. Your Web App Transfer Market must already be unlocked.

Question 50

Do I need to share my login for Comfort Trade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You need EA Web App access and an unlocked Transfer Market. After your order is created, the pop-up in your personal dashboard asks for your EA Web App login and backup codes. Submit these directly through the order system.

Question 51

Is the five-percent Transfer Market tax included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The current quote covers the Transfer Market sale tax used during delivery. The coin amount you select is the delivery target, so you can plan your squad around that figure rather than subtracting delivery tax yourself.

Question 52

How safe is buying EA FC Coins?

Accepted Answer

Your delivery is handled manually, with a region-matched VPN and clear order updates. Eligible orders include our 24-hour account-safety guarantee, explained below. OGEdge's guarantee does not change EA's rule against third-party Coin purchases.

Question 53

Which platforms can receive EA FC Coins?

Accepted Answer

Select the platform shown in the live calculator for the current FC edition. PlayStation, Xbox and PC markets are separate, so use the receiving club and platform where you want the balance delivered.

Question 54

How much does an EA FC Coin order cost?

Accepted Answer

Choose the amount and platform to see the live quote. Market conditions can change, so the calculator is the current source for price. The delivery tax included in the quote and any later tax from your own player sale are separate transactions.

Question 55

How long does Coin delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Your calculator shows an estimated completion time before you order. Your order shows the current estimate for the selected amount and platform. Pickup and completion are different timings; your handler has direct access to the order and keeps you informed through the account session and final balance check.

Question 56

Can I track my Coin delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Direct order chat keeps the starting balance, delivery progress and final amount clear. Coin delivery itself is not streamed like gameplay, but the handler provides the updates needed to follow the order.

Question 57

Are Coins the same as Champions or Draft Tokens?

Accepted Answer

No. Coins fund eligible Ultimate Team purchases. Champions Tokens are used in the Champions Token Store, while a Draft Token pays for an eligible Draft entry. A Coin order delivers the selected Coin amount only.

Question 58

Will more Coins guarantee a better Champions finish?

Accepted Answer

Coins give you more squad-building choices, but they do not guarantee match results. If your goal is a stronger Finals finish, use the squad budget for useful upgrades and have the team review the squad before choosing the target.

Question 59

What guarantee comes with my EA FC Coins order?

Accepted Answer

We guarantee delivery of the Coins you order and provide an account-safety guarantee for up to 72 hours after delivery. To qualify for the account-safety guarantee, you must never have bought Coins or other services from another supplier, all terms in our safety page.

Question 60

What is included in Division Rivals boosting?

Accepted Answer

Choose your current Rivals position and the division or progress target you want. Your pro plays toward that target, and all eligible match Coins, points and weekly reward progress stay on your account. Existing progress is counted before the order begins.

Question 61

How does Rivals progression work in FC 27?

Accepted Answer

Rivals uses divisions, stages and checkpoints. Wins move you forward, while a checkpoint protects progress below that stage. Your order is based on the position shown in your club, so the starting point and finish are easy to confirm.

Question 62

Can a Rivals order help with weekly rewards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rivals matches can build Weekly Reward Points while your pro works toward the selected division or stage. Share the points already earned and the reward deadline so the order covers the progress you actually need.

Question 63

When do Division Rivals rewards arrive?

Accepted Answer

EA currently releases weekly Rivals rewards on Thursdays at 06:59 UTC. Use the in-game countdown for the active cycle in case the schedule changes. Your pro can finish the agreed progress before that deadline when it is included in the order.

Question 64

Can Rivals earn Champions Qualification Points?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In FC 27, Champions Qualification Points can be earned through Rivals and Squad Battles. Higher Rivals divisions can earn them faster, and EA removed the old Division 6 requirement for working toward qualification.
