Cookie Policy
What we store on your device and why.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and measure aggregate usage.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary: authentication tokens, cart contents, CSRF protection. Always on — required for the site to function. Removed when you log out or close the browser.
Functional: currency selection, theme, and language preference. Opt-out via the cookie banner; the site still works without them.
Analytics: a single first-party cookie used by our self-hosted Plausible instance to count unique visits. No personal data, no cross-site tracking. Opt-out via the cookie banner.
3. Third-party cookies
Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce) may set their own cookies during checkout to verify the transaction and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by the respective provider's privacy policy and are removed by your browser when the checkout flow completes.
4. How long cookies stay
Session cookies (authentication, CSRF, cart) expire when you close the browser. Functional cookies expire after 12 months. Analytics cookies expire after 24 hours.
5. How to opt out
Use the cookie banner shown on first visit, or open Settings → Privacy in your dashboard to update your preferences at any time. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings — note that some site features will stop working.
6. Changes & contact
We update this Cookie Policy whenever we add or remove a cookie. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. For questions, contact privacy@ogedge.com.
