OGEdge provides a platform for video game-related services, including but not limited to, account boosting, coaching, and virtual asset facilitation (collectively, the “Services”).
You acknowledge that OGEdge acts as an intermediary connecting users with service providers (“Boosters”).
2 Eligibility and Account Security
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3 Relationship to Game Developers
OGEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game developer or publisher (e.g., Riot Games, Blizzard, Valve).
Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that using third-party services may violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) of your specific game.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our Services, including but not limited to, account suspension, bans, or progress resets by game developers.
4 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Interfere with the security-related features of the platform.
Engage in any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized chargebacks.
Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or Boosters.
5 Payments and Fees
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party providers.
By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or game accounts, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
7 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, rather than in court, except for small claims matters.
