Terms of Service
The rules that govern your use of OGEdge.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OGEdge ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and an on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About the Service
OGEdge connects players with vetted professional boosters who provide leveling, coaching, win-by-win, and placement services across supported games. We act as a marketplace and escrow agent — payment is held until the order is verified complete.
OGEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, platform holder, or trademark owner. All game names, logos, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you are the rightful owner of the game account submitted, or that you have explicit authorization from the owner to grant temporary access for the duration of the order.
4. Account Credentials & Access
When an order requires direct account access, your credentials are encrypted at rest and stored in a single-session vault visible only to the assigned booster. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication wherever the publisher supports it, and rotating your password as soon as an order is delivered.
Self-play services — coaching, duo queue, voice review — never require your password. If a booster ever asks for credentials on a self-play order, decline and report it to support immediately.
5. Orders, Payments & Pricing
Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of platform fees and are final once an order is placed. We accept Stripe (cards), PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce (crypto). Funds are held in escrow until the order is marked complete by both parties.
You may cancel an unstarted order at any time for a full refund. Once a booster has accepted and begun working on the order, refund terms follow the Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Our full refund terms — the money-back guarantee, partial refunds for mid-order cancellations, refund timing, and dispute resolution — are documented in the Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: provide false account information, share credentials with anyone other than the assigned booster, attempt chargeback fraud or otherwise defraud our payment processors, harass staff, boosters, or other customers, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Risk Disclosure
Game publishers may, at their sole discretion, penalize accounts for the use of boosting services even when those services comply with their published policies. OGEdge cannot guarantee that your game account will not be flagged, restricted, or banned. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and source code created by OGEdge is the property of OGEdge or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OGEdge's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. OGEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, losses caused by publisher-imposed sanctions on your game account.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are addressed first through good-faith negotiation with our support team. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which OGEdge is incorporated. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OGEdge is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
