Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect
Account data: email address, dashboard password (stored hashed), and your chosen display name.
Order data: items purchased, the game accounts involved, communication threads with the assigned booster, and order timestamps.
Payment data: handled directly by Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce. We never store full card numbers — only the metadata required to reconcile payments (last four digits, processor transaction ID, billing country).
Technical data: IP address, user agent, and request timestamps — used for fraud prevention and aggregate analytics only.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to deliver the boost you paid for and communicate order status, to prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and account-takeover attempts, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we never use it for third-party advertising.
3. Credentials Handling
Game-account credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored in a single-session vault accessible only to the assigned booster. Credentials are automatically erased the moment an order is marked complete or canceled — we never retain them beyond the duration of an active order.
4. Third Parties
We share the minimum data required with the following processors: Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce for payments; Postmark for transactional email; and Discord for the support ticket bridge. Each operates under its own published privacy policy and processes data only for the specified purpose.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use first-party cookies for authentication and a privacy-respecting analytics tool (self-hosted Plausible) to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. See the Cookie Policy for the full breakdown and opt-out flow.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your OGEdge account plus 6 months after deletion, to cover chargeback windows and tax obligations. Order and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by accounting regulations. Game-account credentials are deleted within minutes of order completion or cancellation.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to the retention obligations above), and object to processing for analytics purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ogedge.com. We verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within 30 days.
8. International Data Transfers
OGEdge operates from servers located in the European Union. If you access the Service from outside the EU, your data may be transferred to and processed in the EU under the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
9. Children
OGEdge is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@ogedge.com and we will delete it without delay.
10. Changes to this Policy
We will notify you of material changes by email and via an on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
