MW4 DMZ Operator Boost

MW4 DMZ operators are your characters in Hajin, each with its own backpack, loadout and trait tree.

You start with two Active Duty operator slots, or three with the Vault Edition. More slots unlock through DMZ levels and printer upgrades.

Operators level through six dog tags, Steel, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Damascus and Onyx, with three levels each. That's 18 levels, and Onyx III is max level.

Each dog tag level gives one trait point, so a max level operator has 18. Your pro levels the operator you name, and only that one.

Trait points go into three trees with 22 traits each. Every tree has 7 major traits you can see and 15 minor ones, revealed at random once you unlock the major trait before them.

There's no respec. Once a point is spent it stays, so your pro spends points only on the build you send, or leaves them for you.

An operator that dies goes MIA and can't deploy until recovered. Recovery costs DMZ Cash, more for operators with more trait points, and the operator comes back with its traits but no gear.

DMZ XP ranks up the operator you deploy with, so every run levels the operator your pro takes in. Name it at checkout, and your pro won't touch the others.

Instead of paying to recover an MIA operator, you can discharge it and start a new one. Tell your pro which you'd prefer if it happens during the order.

Operator Prestige trades an operator's traits for a permanent bonus, and it costs cash and gear.

An operator can prestige once it has earned all 18 trait points and isn't MIA. Prestige costs 200,000 DMZ Cash the first time, 300,000 the second and 500,000 from the third on.

The first Prestige also takes two Rare weapons with three attachment slots each. It takes a Rare plate carrier, a Rare backpack and four Rare printer ingredients too. Later Prestiges ask for Epic, then Legendary, and the weapons need four attachment slots.

The items must be equipped in the operator's loadout and backpack, and you lose them all.

Each Prestige removes the operator's traits and gives a random permanent Prestige trait, up to three. From the fourth Prestige on, a new one can replace an old one or be discarded.

Prestiging several operators also earns calling cards and a few classified rewards.

The Helio camo asks for 25,000 kills on a max level operator, so an Onyx III operator is the first step. See MW4 DMZ Camo Boost.

If your Bank is short, MW4 DMZ Cash farms the 200,000 or more that a Prestige takes.

Send the traits you want in order chat before your pro starts, tree by tree. Minor traits are revealed at random, so name the major traits you want and say how to handle the minor ones.

Agree a break with your pro in order chat before you play. Signing in mid-deployment can disconnect them, and a disconnect can cost the loadout.

Leave your stash as it is while the order runs, since your pro plans each deployment around it.
